Clinica Dental Crooke Dental Clinic in Marbella, Spain

Last year I hired Crooke Dental Clinic to extract emy 7 root canal treated teeth as these dead teeth had begun to secrete a toxic, smelly liquid in my mouth that inflamed and damaged my internald organs (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vGusDIvEHAo). I therefore was looking for a holistic dental clinic.

Crooke Dental Clinic in Marbella promised to do this in a max 2h long high tech surgery with chief implantologist Eduardo Crooke.
I took the offer - and experienced a 6,5 hrs long disaster of attempted bodily harm due to Crooke's unprofessional work.

My first interview with this clinic was organised with Crooke's German partner as we are both German native speakers. Unfortunately, we had little more in common - especially not the approach in dental care and so I asked for a second meeting with E.Crooke himself. His cost estimate had a holistic approach and was 10k € (!) lower than the one of his partner. I was happy and signed.  

But: When the patient coordinator mentioned this price difference in their estimates, Eduardo Crooke suddenly started claiming that a second surgery, a so-called "sinus lift" (a tissue transplant) was required before the final implants could be made. When the patient coordinator inserted the new data, Eduardo Crooke's cost estimate was suddenly as high as the one of his german partner... I was not happy about Eduardo's "crooke" move but decided to take the offer anyway.
Only afterwards I would find out that I could NOT undergo a sinus lift surgery as I already had sinus surgery when I was 20 and another invasive treatment in this area could have been life threatening. Mr. Crooke did not mention this risk with a single word.

What then happened on the day of surgery bordered on criminal action: Eduardo Crooke received me in the morning but said he had to leave. He promised to be back to complete my surgery and introduced me to a young colleague named Leo whom I had never seen before. Leo hardly understood English - a situation I asked to avoid. Leo was 100% overwhelmed with the task and accomplished this:

1. Leo tore 2 wrong/2 of my last few healthy teeth. He left two root canal treated teeth in my mouth - which will cost me 4 additional zirconium implants + 2 further extractions.

2. Leo also tried to tear 2 healthy teeth necessary for the sinus lift procedure - despite the fact that I had not even signed up for this second surgery.

3. Leo ruined the ceramic crown of one the teeth he wanted to extract without my okay and did not have the honesty to admit it.

4. Leo extracted without any holistic experience. He worked like a cattle doctor. It was what the result looked alike: The entire temporary bridge looked like a 10-years-old used dentition, the connections were "glued" by the bungler Leo with ceramic screws - like a toddler in the sandbox (see pictures). Fake teeth were far too big and never fitted well.
This crap dental care I could have bought in every single place along the coast for a 1/3 of the Crooke price.

5. Eduardo Crooke, the dentist I carefully selected, did not show up to execute my surgery as we had agreed on - a perfect proof of his ZERO interest in his client's health.

6. The worst was that I lost 7 months of work as I suffered a total circulatory crash after this marathon surgery.

7. Leo ended up working 6.5 hours. He became aggressive, yelling at me every time I asked to get up briefly to keep my circulation going.

My driver brought me home unconscious. All my circulatory problems that I had successfully solved in the months before came back. 

There would be zero sympathy from Crooke dental clinic. They only contacted me again when the second surgery date was due. I didn't react to it - the greed for money and the many sociopathic traits present in this clinic had became too obvious.

Be prepared for the fact that all your possible complaints will not be heard and the alleged world-class team they try to sell does not even have the professional mindset to apologise for the mistakes made - let alone a willingness to deal with damages. "There is no compensation for damages", chief patient coordinator Alfonso answered my written complaint - as if he and not a court has to decide this. They only offer to correct all mistakes in their clinic which confirms their zero-empathy-approach.

In the meantime, there are a number of judgements in Spain that have ordered unprofessional dental clinics like Crooke to pay high damage claims for injured patients. 

I can evidently NOT recommend Crooke dental clinic to you. It is not a safe place. I can confirm that the clinic offers a clean and modern ambiente with the latest equipment and that the staff is friendly. But the human work is not professionally organised for complex tasks and this can lead to your harm as it did in my case. I also think that a clinic like Crooke cannot work successfully as nobody can be a good chief implantologist and the director of 4 clinics along the coast at the same time. I hope this helps you to evaluate your choice.
