INFORMATION ABOUT THE CLINIC
In our Clinic, we use only cutting-edge technology to virtually plan your surgery making implant placement easier and more accurate, which means increased comfort and improved results for you. We are at the forefront in new standards and protocols, thanks to the skills of Dr. Alejandro Freer Rojas and the support of our In-House Cad/Cam ZirkonZahn Dental LAB Technicians.
Regular bridges over natural teeth or partial dentures have been a tried and true solution for many patients who are missing multiple teeth, however, is no longer considered to be a viable solution due to its incorrect premise that doesn’t always deliver the level of comfort or confidence that leads to complete satisfaction with your treatment.
The All-on-4/6 is now the prominent system, especially because All-on-4/6 procedures have been considered to be improved versions adding two more implants. Please find here below to this email the Presentation and the quote for All-on-6 Package in two trips. I believe that this proposal would fit your needs and your budget.
Dr. Alejandro Freer, our Prosthodontist, has received specialized education and training in PENN University to treat the most complex of dental implant and oral surgery cases. People from all over the globe travel to Costa Rica to see Dr. Freer
At Freer Dental Implant Center we create long-term relationships with our patients, to achieve our state of the art goals with precise and strategic treatment modalities
Reviews for All-on-6 Costa Rica by Freer Dental
I can't say enough nice things about this clinic.
I was in desperate need of overdentures, reading the reviews on this website a cloud of uncertainty hung over those choosing All-on-6 by Freer Dental and its service providers. However, there are truly no words to convey how EXCEPTIONAL my experience was with Dr. Freer and his team!
From the initial greeting to the entire treatment process, I was treated with utmost respect, dignity, and a profound commitment to providing the best possible care tailored to the diverse needs of each patient. Fitting dentures to an individual is an intricate challenge, to say the least. However, Dr. Freer and his team exhibited unwavering patience, persistence, and perseverance with each patient, and they consistently delivered outstanding results.
They were always warm and welcoming, and their dedication didn't waver until the patient was genuinely satisfied with the required work. My gratitude for Dr. Freer and his team extends beyond words; it reaches the stars! I cannot imagine seeking the services of any other dentist or recommending anyone else. When you find the best, you stick with it!
Sincerely, Elda Hogue

In response to FREER DENTAL I am in no way a competitor I was a patient there and can prove it.
FREER DENTAL company wants only your money. they could care less about you or your dental health. I had all on 6 done, one screw wasn't even put in and the other became loose. They try to blame it on a failed implants but none of mine failed this was simply shoddy work done by a scam dental company who likes to take advantage of people from out of the country. I went to another dentist and they were shocked by what they saw when removing the prosthesis. Loose and moving all over the place. I tried to get certification of the implant and abutments and they (FREER DENTAL) refused to respond or send this. They are shady, offer below par to the point of being dangerous services. Look elsewhere. And I stand by and can prove this happened to me.
Thankfully I found a dentist who was able to correct the horrible job done by this dental company. I am happy to prove and show photos as well as comments from my dentist to prove this and welcome any questions.
Dear Mrs. Jill,
I extend a warm greeting to you.
The depiction you've provided seems somewhat detached from the reality of our operations, especially considering the rarity of such events for a clinic that usually serves approximately 400 patients annually from 2010.
It raises questions as to why, amidst numerous patients, your perspective is the sole one presented worldwide and only on this platform. I also find it perplexing, as our warranty policy extends to five years, and we refrain from delving into the reasons for revisits to ensure a hassle-free process for our patients.
While we acknowledge our imperfections and recognize that, over the years, a few patients may have encountered issues, it's crucial to emphasize our commitment to addressing concerns promptly and honoring warranties without unnecessary inquiries.
Throughout our history, we have prided ourselves on resolving cases immediately upon patients reaching out via email. We have even extended our assistance to patients from other clinics, showcasing our dedication to resolving issues comprehensively.
Your account of experiencing problems is regrettable. Instead of anonymously posting comments that claim to have evidence, I propose a more direct and constructive approach. It would be highly useful for you to privately share your real name and the photos you mentioned via email to me at [email protected]. I am confident that our doctor would be more than willing to address any imperfections or issues you may have encountered. By doing so, we can verify your status as a patient at Freer Dental and concurrently investigate the circumstances surrounding your treatment to correct them.
I strongly believe that fostering open direct communication and working towards a direct resolution would be mutually beneficial for both parties.
Sincerely, Massimo
Terrible they lie and tell you they are giving you all on 6 when they actually give you a normal implant system comprised of 6 implants, not All-on-6 System. They leave gaps and holes for food to get trapped in and tell you to buy a water pik. lol They are a scam out for money and that is it. Dr FREER could care less about a personals dental health as long as he makes money. Completely dangerous, irresponsible and unprofessional. It takes 4-5 months for bone to grow around the screw implant they screw in. They load these after 5 days... no wonder they fail. They then will try to blame it on you, knowing you are out of country and there is not much you can do about it. There are complaints all over in regards to Freer Dental and other specialists all over have had to correct their terrible work. Even the bridge part wasnt placed correctly. DO not go here.
Dear Mrs. Lamoure,
Or should I address you as Jill, or by some other name?
I've previously responded when you went by the name Jill, indicating that we do not have any record of you as a patient. It has become evident that you are the same individual, as you've been consistently using similar posts and consistently opening with the word "Terrible." It's rather transparent that you are the same individual who often posts negative reviews on this platform.
Our actual patients do not typically return with complaints about implant failures. They may return due to issues related to the prostheses, often stemming from accidental damage. We've always attended to our patients' concerns without hesitation and have never sought excuses to deny warranty coverage. Like any reputable clinic worldwide, while we do offer warranties, it's exceedingly rare for implant failures to occur.
Upon reflection, I can infer the potential reasons behind your persistent posting of "Terrible" reviews. When you make comments such as, "It takes 4-5 months for the bone to grow around the screw implant they screw in. They load these after 5 days... no wonder they fail," it suggests that you may work at a dental clinic that doesn't endorse or implement Immediate Loading Technology effectively. It's important to note that many well-regarded dental clinics worldwide employ this technology without encountering issues.
In regard to your claim that "There are complaints all over in regards to Freer Dental, and other specialists all over have had to correct their terrible work," is wrong! It is essential to clarify that this website appears to be the sole platform where such complaints can be found. If you have knowledge of other platforms with similar complaints, I encourage you to share that information with individuals who might mistakenly rely on this site for guidance regarding the Freer Clinic.
Your understanding is appreciated.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Freer Dental Clinic in Costa Rica for dental implant treatment, and I can't express how satisfied I am with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a warm and friendly team who made me feel at ease.
The level of professionalism and expertise at the clinic was truly impressive. The dentists and staff were attentive to my needs, taking the time to explain every step of the procedure, and they ensured I felt comfortable throughout. The facilities were modern, clean, and well-equipped, which added to the overall positive experience.
I'm thrilled with the results of my dental implants – they look and feel fantastic. I highly recommend the Freer Dental Clinic to anyone seeking top-notch dental care in a beautiful location. A big thank you to the entire team for their outstanding service!
Terrible. On the last two days the guide disappears. The impants are all the same even though they lie and say they are custom. All of their permanent dentures take the same shape.
One tooth just fell out for no reason and another one broke off. They will blame you even when it is their terrible craftmanship that is at fault. I would never recommend this organization. They tell you nothing about what will happen in advance. They are an arrogant company. Do not go there, it was a terrible experience and I've had to have 2 teeth fixed. The upper teeth do not even fit properly, they move around. And the thick plastic in your mouth is terrible.

FREER DENTAL
An utter waste of time.
I seeked out this Dental practice in the hopes of obtaining much-needed detal implant work done. After successfully attending my assesment appointment, I was led to absolute dissapointment by their utter disregard and terrible patient services. I was made to wait nearly a month for follow up on required tests that never ultimately arrived. After a ceaseless round of failed called, unanswered Whatsapp messages and the such, I finally gave up and turned to a difference provider.
It signified nothing in the end for me but unecessary waste of time and money. Though I am glad I did not continue anything with them in the long run; considering how much they disregarded me from the get go, I wouldn't be surprised at all if they pulled something similar over extended time.
They probably book more patients than they can actually service.
Recomment you look elsewhere for humane treatment.
