I can wholeheartedly recommend this clinic for assistance with fertility issues. You are first introduced to a manager who speaks your language and they are patient and understanding. It is clear that they have developed a lot of knowledge regarding the numerous reasons for infertility and also about what can be done about it. If they come across a question they do not know the answer to they will tell you and get back to you after seeking medical opinion. They do not upsell or oversell, they are honest and transparent throughout.
They do not just deal with the medical side of the situation and will assist you with all manner of things. They provide accomodation, medical consultations and administrative consultations. they assist with the legal documentation and exit protocols for thier government.
As a UK citizen we felt very let down by the UK government and its prehistoric approach to surrogacy. I highly recommend this clinic for UK citizens.
We attended the initial consultation during the Lockdown Biotexcom provided clinical exemption letters for travel and advice for entering the Ukraine and the protocols we would endure. It all went very smoothly.
Svitlana (our manager) was excellent. she made us feel relaxed and welcome. We chose to stay in the city centre at our own expense but to be honest when we saw the accomodation they provide it settled our mind for what lay ahead. Whilst they are a bit on the small side they are very clean, modern and there is practically everything you need facility wise literally on your doorstep.
We have barraged them with endless questions which they have answered patiently. We are delighted to state that we are expecting our little girl soon. The updates are wonderful, they placed the surrogates safety first when the new Omicron variant was surging everywhere, which we fully supported but the moment it became possible they sent images of the baby immediately.
We are now fast approaching the due date and we are looking forward to spending an exciting period in Kyiv.
