Reviews for Erdem Hospital
I would like to express my total dissatisfaction with Erdem Hospital. I am a client who underwent three surgical procedures, and none of them yielded satisfactory results.
My first procedure was lower eyelid blepharoplasty, performed on August 1, 2023, by Dr. Fatih Peker. During the consultation, I requested the removal of fat pockets and excess skin from my eyelids. However, the doctor only removed the excess skin and assured me that after one year, the results would be perfect and that I shouldn’t worry.
The second procedure was a hair transplant, performed on August 4, 2023, by Dr. Barak. I was promised full coverage of my bald area. However, after 1 year and 5 months, the goal has not been achieved, and I am still facing the same problem.
The third procedure was a septorhinoplasty, performed on October 2, 2023, also by Dr. Fatih Peker. At that time, I requested correction of my deviated septum as well as refinement of the tip of my nose, which has a rounder shape. This procedure was a complete disaster. To this day, I am unable to breathe properly, my condition has not improved, and the aesthetic request I made was not fulfilled. In short, I wasted money, and my expectations were not met.
After waiting the time suggested by the hospital to achieve the desired results, I contacted the hospital's patient services at the email address: [email protected]. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the outcomes of the procedures, which did not match what was agreed upon. At that time, I also mentioned that I no longer had confidence in the doctor recommended by the hospital, Dr. Fatih Peker. I requested either a refund of the amounts I paid or a solution for the poorly executed procedures.
In response, they requested just one photo of each procedure. After supposedly analyzing a single photo (or perhaps not even analyzing it at all, in my opinion), they replied simply that there was no medical error. And I ask myself: how is that possible? A patient who underwent three surgeries is filing a complaint, and this is the response I receive?
It became clear that the hospital only cares about taking your money. They have no respect for their patients, no proper post-treatment care, and their response that "there was no medical error" is outrageous. They don’t care whether you are satisfied or if the procedure was performed as requested. Instead, their highly recommended doctor, Dr. Fatih Peker, did the surgeries the way he wanted to, completely disregarding my wishes. And now, according to the hospital, everything is fine because there was no medical error. This seems like a joke!
In conclusion, if I want to address these aspects of my appearance—which I paid a high price for, expecting results from a highly recommended doctor at the hospital—I will have to pay for the procedures again and go to a facility that truly respects its patients and employs qualified doctors.
I want to leave my complete dissatisfaction with Erdem Hospital, with their highly recommended doctor, Dr. Fatih Peker, who did not perform the procedures as I requested but rather as he wanted, and with the post-treatment service provided by their employee, Sara, who was extremely negligent, as well as the customer service team, who provided almost no assistance.
As of now, I still have all the fat pockets under my lower eyelids, my nasal surgery has left one nostril larger than the other, and I am still bald.
Avoid this hospital! I do not recommend it!
Terrible experience. I live in BArcelona, Spain, and went to their clinic for a hair transplant on october 2019. Everything was bad from the begining, i will detail some bad points but then i will talk about the worst thing, the surgery itself.
The translator they promised didnt understand spanish or neither english, and know nothing about hte treatments they do. I paid 1300€ in cash and they did'n gave me any paper or bill. The girl that was going to make the operation was totally cold, no smiles, no trying to make me feel comfortable, no interest in answering my cuestions or explaining nothing, she never looked at me in the eye. She draw the implant zone very very bad, i had to correct her several times to arrive at a decent simetry (something very easy to see). In the operation they were 4 people talking and laughing very loud at centimetres of my head. I could feel the wind of their laughs in my head, i told them several times and they stopped for 2 minutes and start again on the same level. AND NOW THE WORST PART, THE TRANSPLANT: the day after the operation i made good quality photos of the donor and the implant area and put them in my computer (photoshop). I could see clearly that the difference of density between both areas was tremendous. So i counted the holes and the implants, a hard work, but harder conclusions. They took from my donor area around 4500-5000 grafts, and they implanted only 1200!!! i couldn't believe it. we agreed they were going to implant 3500 grafts and they put less than the half. But the harder thing is that they took from my donor area around 3000-3500 grafts that they probably threw away. My donor area now is not useful for another transplant. Here i upload only some photos , if you want more info or photos please ask me. Im trying to start a trial to them now.
