The Health Center of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County is a comprehensive medical institution that provides a range of health services to the residents of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County. This medical center was founded by the county government in 2003 and it currently employs over 860 employees.

The main focus of the Health Center is to provide top-quality primary health care services through general/family medicine, pediatrics, gynecology, dental medicine, outpatient services, occupational medicine, health care at home, medical transport, and laboratory diagnostics. In addition to these services, the Health Center also provides secondary health care services including X-ray diagnostics, internal medicine (cardiology, endocrinology and diabetology), ophthalmology, psychiatry, physical medicine and rehabilitation, general surgery, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Additionally, as a hospital, it provides urgent care services to patients in need.
