- Cheek and Chin Augmentation is a procedure that aims to enhance the size and shape of your chin or cheeks that have changed after weight loss, childbirth, or as a result of aging.
The technique used to position and insert your implant will depend on the anatomy of your face and your expectations.
Typically the procedure takes between 1 and 2 hours.

- Buttock and Calf Augmentation surgery is a procedure that aims to adjust the size and shape of your buttock or calves by surgically placing an implant into the deep layers of the calves, to increase their volume and enhance their shape.
The doctor will use either saline implants which means they are filled with sterile salt water, or silicone implants, filled with a soft, elastic gel.
The procedure is performed in approximately 1-2 hours.

- Abdominoplasty, also known as a tummy tuck, is a surgical procedure that involves removing the excess skin, fat, and tightening the abdominal muscles to create a flat and firm look of your stomach.
In case you have a good skin tone and a small amount of skin you may be a good candidate for a mini-abdominoplasty.

During this operation, the doctor will remove the excess skin that makes your breasts look sagging and will augment the size of your breasts via fat injections or implants.

- Reduction Mammoplasty also known as breast reduction is a procedure that removes skin, fat, and breast tissue to make your breast look smaller and firmer.
The procedure is suitable for women who are not satisfied with the excessive size of their breasts or for those who have back and neck pain due to the big breast size.

I would be very cautious about booking a consultation with this clinic based on my experience.

I contacted the office regarding an FUE hair transplant with Professor Adel Wilson while traveling to Cairo. I was quoted a $75 consultation fee and specifically asked, in writing, about the cancellation/refund policy before paying. I did not receive a clear answer to that question at the time. When I eventually paid through PayPal, the total charged was approximately $84.69 due to currency conversion/fees.

My plans later changed, so I contacted the clinic before the scheduled consultation and requested to cancel and receive a refund. Instead of simply explaining the applicable written cancellation policy, I was asked to provide proof that I had canceled my trip and later told that a refund might only be considered if I could prove an “emergency.” I had never stated that I had canceled my trip or that there was an emergency.

The communication became even more concerning when I said I would dispute the payment through PayPal and my financial institution. The representative responded: “we will make sure that your credit score notices YOUR fraud.” I found that response highly inappropriate and unnecessarily confrontational, especially over a consultation-fee dispute.

There were also inconsistencies in the information I received. At one point I was told the consultation fee “has nothing to do with the surgery cost,” while later I was told the payment was deductible from the cost of surgery.

I understand that businesses may have cancellation policies and may legitimately retain fees when those policies have been clearly disclosed and agreed to. My issue is the way this situation was handled: the lack of a clear refund-policy response before payment, requests for personal proof that did not appear relevant to my cancellation, inconsistent information, and the threatening tone once I mentioned disputing the charge.

I ultimately chose not to proceed with this clinic. Based solely on my experience with the booking and cancellation process, I would recommend that prospective patients obtain the complete cancellation/refund terms, total fees, and whether the consultation fee is credited toward surgery in writing before sending any payment.
