Vithas Alicante consists of two hospitals located in the city of Alicante: Vithas Medimar Internacional Hospital and Vithas Perpetuo Internacional Hospital. There is also a dialysis centre located in Elche.

We chose Vithas for surgery in el plan de choque and went for the preliminary visit, where the doctor exagerated a lot the gravity (versus what the doctors from San Juan have told us a few days before), moost probably to make us pay for some aditional treatment (months of treatment, as the doctor from Vithas said, 10 days of treatment as the puyblic hospital doctors have told us). In the end, they refused our case and we got back to the public waiting list, which is a huge relief because we were regretling deeply the choice to go to this hospital. We had previous negative experiences with this hospital, when they recommended very expensive, unnecessary tests that were never performed in the public system. I don't recommend it, the public system is much better and not money-centerred.
