A procedure of hair transplantation is performed on average in 4-6 hours under local anesthesia. FUE in Istanbul is the most frequently used technique because the recovery period is short and it does not leave any visible scars. Before the procedure, you will have to consult a doctor and he will decide if the procedure is suitable for you and the way it will be performed. FUE procedure involves shaving the hair from the donor site, extracting them, and after that making small incisions on the recipient area and implanting the extracted hair. The transplanted hair will reach its final look in 8-12 months. It is also possible to have an unshaven FUE in Turkey at the Transmed clinic if during the consultation the doctor finds the procedure suitable for you. The advantage of the procedure is that the hair from the donor site will not be shaved, but you also have to take into consideration that the time of the procedure will be longer and the risk of hair loss in this procedure is about 10 %.

Beard transplant in Istanbul may be performed at the Transmed clinic. For this procedure the doctors may perform the FUE or FUT technique, it depends on how short shaved you want your hairs. This solution cleans the free radicals and regulates the pH, providing diffusion support for cell membranes and making the hair follicle more resistant during the transplant procedure. Another useful method is freschcell. It strengthens your recipient area using stem cells extracted from your fat tissue.
