For this type of case, there are dental implants called ZYGOMATICS . They are implants of a much larger length, with special anatomy that allows them to be anchored not only in the little existing jawbone but also in the zygoma bone located near the cheekbone.
• Very small spaces: Sometimes the spaces in which missing teeth have to be replaced are very small, and generally correspond to the lower anterior sector, which makes it difficult to place dental implants of a conventional diameter.
