Bad attitude, awful company messed me around, By cancelling two trips to them due to them being closed spent £1000 had to book lots of different flights and they will not refund me they are Unprofessional, do not trust this company
In November 2024, we booked two people for a full set of crowns with the representative, and later that year, we booked two more. Three weeks before our scheduled trip in June, we were informed that we needed to extend our stay due to the lab closures over the holidays. Shortly after, we were told the trip was cancelled and that we had to change our plans because the holidays had been extended. We had already spent over £1,000, including parking and holiday insurance.
Overall, we were prepared to invest around £20,000 with this company. Despite this, we were discouraged by the disrespectful behaviour of a staff member who shouted at us over the phone. Initially, I was supposed to stay for five days with my daughter, which was convenient in June; however, they insisted we extend our trip to eight days. This was not feasible as I am self-employed. Furthermore, they informed us that we would need to rebook our flights, incurring an additional cost of over £2,000, baring in mind we were at a loss of two sets of flights that hadn’t even got there and back which we had purchased we didn’t want to park with any more money as you can imagine. We hadn’t even got there and we would’ve been expected to spend nearly £3500.
Faced with these complications, we complained via rust pilot.
The manager promptly responded, stating that she would take charge and assist us, but only if we retracted our review. We are currently moving houses, which adds to the stress of planning a trip—especially at the same time. It has been made clear that coming on short notice is impossible for us, especially with four individuals involved, one of whom cannot attend due to the exhaustion of holiday time.
While the manager offered us additional discounts, we were still faced with the reality of needing a different hotel better suited for our daughter, as our original choice did not have an outdoor pool, and with the temperature in August being a lot higher it wasn't going to be suitablefor her to come to a city hotel. This alternative was estimated to cost at least £4,000, effectively negating any savings from the discounts. With the approaching house move, we requested to reschedule our trip for next year, especially since the cancellation was not our fault. The manager rejected this request. After careful consideration, we made the decision not to proceed with the trip, and we felt it was important to express our dissatisfaction with this situation.

I want to clarify that my approach was based on my call with Mr. Ben. He specifically requested his treatment plan be adjusted, lost flight tickets sorted, and his deposit refunded so he could book new flights. My mistake was assuming we had a firm agreement for you guys to come before August.
I did my part; I exceeded expectations with the offer, even including two double hotel rooms for your comfort and ease. Now, who's letting whom down? This situation is due to something beyond my control. Did I have an option for a nearby hotel with your desired facilities that I withheld? Absolutely not.
My offer stands until the end of August. I'm still expecting to receive flight details so you can enjoy your trip—with or without the beach. Special adjustments have been made by everyone for your arrival and we all as a team will make sure that it is worth the hustle of the arrangements.
Ultimately, you know your best interests.
Update: February 2023
Initially, I got 24 crowns done by Dr. Tugce Akin, but I backed out of four because I got cold feet. The doctor said it was okay, but I didn’t realize that not getting all my teeth done would result in an off bite. I felt the doctor should have informed me of this. I’ve tried to fix my bite several times, but it always changes. Now I have problems with my jaw.
The crowns I did receive will make it impossible for X-rays to view inside them due to the materials used. I wasn't informed about this either. So, it has been a delicate process because the dentist doesn’t know where to stop when fixing the bite.
My main complaint is that I wish the dentist had informed me of better options and why. Now I have long-term issues. Health considerations do not seem to be a top priority for DentaSpa.
Update: July 2024
I contracted a periodontist because one of the crowns was not sealed properly towards the back. I found out they used less material to make the teeth smaller, not even the size of my original teeth. I still have issues with my bite and will spend $5,000 fixing it with a specialist. This periodontist issue has taken a toll on my mental health. The bacteria from it has affected my mental capacity and dropped my work performance. I can't even kiss my girlfriend because of it.
Update: February 2025
I am continuing to fix my bite, and at this point, I’m experiencing muscle tension affecting the rest of my body. The muscle tension in my neck is causing enough pressure to make my neck click and grind. This results in nerve pain down my body, not to mention the continual inflammation building up every day. My life has changed in ways I didn’t think possible because of this procedure, and finding a dentist to fix what they started has been a chore.
I would not trust this company. Go somewhere else to get your dental work done. This could ruin your life.
