Reviews for Nanoori Hospital
Dears,
I had surgery at Nanoori Hospital in May 2021 for a complete replacement of both knees. The result as you can see is that the legs are in an X shape now and when I walk my knees bump and I have a waddling gait.
But what does the surgeon, Doctor Lee Gwang-yeol say? For 6 months after the surgery, he never said that the surgery had been missed he lied to me by telling me that by strengthening my legs they would get back straight which is completely impossible without a second corrective surgery.
It was while consulting another surgeon in another hospital that the errors in Dr. Lee Gwang-yeol's surgery were discovered: the angle of the legs is 5 degrees less than it should have been to have them straight.
For 18 months, I have been waiting for an official appointment that Nanoori Hospital has agreed to have with me, but nothing is happening.
I tried to get appointments and sent many emails to doctor Jang Il Tae the founder of Nanoori Hospital but he does not deign to answer me.
Dr. Jang Il Tae has incorporated the "customer satisfaction and sharing" philosophy of Nanoori Hospital, that's what I read on Nanoori Hospital's website, but no, it's not true.
Regards,
Michel Lamoot
