Indications to stem cell treatment:

Therapeutic effects:

The therapeutic effect of stem cells is achieved due to their ability to differentiate and transdifferentiate into tissue-specific cells, to fuse with the resident cells, to secrete a wide array of paracrine factors to stimulate the survival and functional recovery of the resident cells, or to regulate the local microenvironment or immune response.

Using MSC, we can achieve positive effects in those clinical cases, which were non-perspective because of traditional options of therapy.

The positive effects might be expected: Cell therapy trials for the treatment of endometrial pathologies, have reported promising findings, with demonstrable safety and early proof of efficacy, temporary amelioration of the intrauterine environment, and an increase in endometrial thickness, receptivity and as a result, increase in a chance for pregnancy. After the first injection, the endometrium grows by 6.5 mm. An increase in endometrial thickness may be measured by ultrasound diagnostic.

Positive effects were reported in 76 % of cases during 6-9 months after stem cell therapy.

What does the procedure look like?

Stem cell treatment procedure is non-surgical, is practically painless, and well-tolerated by patients. Possible short-term side effects immediately after cell transplantation are redness at the injection site and a slight increase in body temperature. These effects usually subside in 1 to 2 hours. The method of administration of cellular material is chosen by the doctor individually for each case.

When will I see the results?

Patient response to treatment is dependent on a large variety of biological factors, however is also subject to the behavior and lifestyle of the patient. We advise patients that stem cell therapy normally produces measurable results within 3-6-9 months following treatment. However, we have had many patients record improvements to their quality of life and a lessening of their symptoms within the first few weeks following treatment. The schedule of the patient's stay (2 visits are necessary):

- During the first visit to Vitality which lasts for 3 days we will make all the necessary tests; provide consultations with the therapist and gynecologist and if everything is fine, we will carry out the patients' biomaterial sampling procedure.

Then the patient leaves us for 4-6 weeks while we’re cultivating patients' Stem Cells. In 4-6 weeks (when the Stem Cells are ready) we will invite the patient to undergo the procedure of cellular material administration.

- During the second visit which lasts for 3 days, we'll provide laboratory diagnostics (basic biochemical and general clinical indicators); doctors' consultation on the results; Stem Cells administration.
