Abdominoplasty procedure is also known as a tummy tuck procedure. It aims to remove the excess fat and skin in the abdominal area and give it a firmer look. The operation may be performed both to men and women who had a significant weight loss and want to tighten their abdomen. 
There are 2 types of tummy tuck procedures :
- partial tummy tuck -  it involves making an incision across the lower abdomen and separating the skin from the abdominal muscles below the belly button. Removing then the excess fat and skin and finally stitching the incision.
- A complete tummy tuck involves making a large cut from hip to hip, separating the skin from the abdominal muscles, removing the excess skin and fat, and rearranging the abdominal muscles. Finally, the belly button is reshaped and the incision is stitched.
The abdominoplasty procedure takes approximately 2-5 hours and is performed under general anesthesia.
Breast augmentation (boobs plastic surgery) is a procedure performed to women who want to increase the volume or to change the shape of their breast. To make this change silicone gel-filled implants are introduced above or under the breast muscle through an incision made under the breasts, under the arms, or around the nipples. 
On average the breast augmentation procedure takes between 1 and 2 hours and is performed under general anesthesia.
 
Brazilian Butt Lift (Brasilian but) - is a very frequently performed procedure at BB clinic and is suitable for women who want to increase the size of their butt or to change its shape. The procedure involves collecting fat through liposuction from certain areas (tummy, back, tights), centrifuging it, and then injecting the processed fat into the butt area. Brazilian Butt Lift (bbl operation) is performed in approximately 1-2 hours using general anesthesia.
 
Face Lift - is a procedure performed to remove the wrinkles and the sagging skin that appears once a person is aging. The procedure takes between 4 and 5 hours and is performed under general anesthesia.
