I went there to fix a crowding problem in my lower jaw. The dentist recommended extracting a lateral to make space for the canine to line up with the lower jaw teeth.
The initial plan involved 12 sets of aligners. I finished the 12 sets following their instructions, but a big gap still remained in the space of the extracted lateral. They made me an extra 4 sets to fix this (which was actually a failure in their initial plan), and after I finished these four extra sets, there was still a gap remaining.
I went to an Austrian dentist and made a scan (costed me a lot of money, which they should have paid me, because it's not my fault), and sent to the clinic to show the current status and act accordingly to fix it to reach the promised results, but nothing was done from their side.
They asked me to apply auxiliaries and pay extra money, whereas the Austrian dentist recommended still fixing this using the aligners.
The place is very overpriced and overrated :/
