Subject: Urgent Concern Regarding Prolonged Undiagnosed Fever and Insurance Issues

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter out of deep frustration and concern regarding my wife’s ongoing medical condition and our experience at PSG Hospital. She has been suffering from a continuous fever for the past two and a half months (from January to present), and despite being admitted for seven days and undergoing multiple tests, we have not received a clear diagnosis.

We have spent over ₹1.5 lakhs on hospital expenses and an additional ₹50,000 in the past two months, yet we are repeatedly told that all reports are "normal." If everything is normal, why does the fever persist?

The tests conducted include:

Complete blood tests

Culture tests

CT Abdomen

CT Chest

Endoscopy

I approved all these tests because I trusted the expertise of PSG Hospital and its advanced medical technology. However, despite these extensive examinations, no definite cause has been identified. This raises serious concerns about the effectiveness of the diagnostic process.

Additionally, the insurance process at PSG Hospital has been extremely disappointing. The Star Health insurance claim was rejected on the grounds that there is "no diagnosed disease." How can a claim be processed if even the hospital is unable to identify the illness? The insurance department’s response and attitude have been highly unprofessional and lacking in empathy. It seems that patient care and support have been overshadowed by bureaucratic inefficiencies.

I have always trusted Dr. Murali Sir, and I regret having to write this letter. But after two and a half months without a solution, I am left with no choice. I am not seeking unnecessary tests or treatments—I am simply asking for a clear diagnosis and solution for my wife’s persistent fever.

We are a middle-class family, and despite our financial limitations, we chose PSG Hospital because we believed it would provide the best care for our loved ones. But if even a hospital of your reputation treats us this way, where else can we go?

This situation makes me question whether medical care at PSG Hospital is driven by business interests rather than patient well-being. Many people have suggested that KMCH provides better medical treatment and a smoother insurance process. I hope you will take this opportunity to prove otherwise.

I request an urgent response and a concrete resolution. We have placed our trust in PSG Hospital—please do not let us down.

Allover good but bathroom is not cleaning. my baby admit in 5 days to baby ward ..no bathroom cleaning I'll complaint but no use worst response
