Comprehensive blood and urine tests: 

• blood count, blood chemistry and urine test;  
• inflammatory marker
• hormones (2 hormones )
• tumor markers (6 markers)
• EKG resting and under stress: treadmill test
• Echocardiography
• Spirometry (lungs function)
• Audiometry (hearing)
• Vision, color vision, stereo vision, visual fields
• Height, weight, BMI counting
• Chest x-rays
• Ophthalmological examination (intraocular pressure, fundus, etc.)
• Abdominal, renal, and pelvic echography.
• Bone densitometry

If patient is smoking, then instead of plain chest x-rays, 
Low dose lung CT scan is recommended (surcharge=550 $)
