We were traveling through Europe and our 13-year-old child broke a bone. We did not have an appointment, but walked into the clinic to schedule one. The staff at Eurokliniki were very kind and accommodating. Amazingly, we were able to see the doctor that afternoon and schedule surgery for the following morning.
We experienced professional, personalized care. The doctor spoke English fluently and our family completely understood the condition of the injury, necessary treatment, and future care plan. I am very grateful for this because we do not speak Greek and our case was a little more difficult to treat due to our ongoing travels.
Because we needed to finish our treatments in the next country, the doctor spent lots of time with us to formulate the best solution for this injury. Though no one wants to need a surgical solution, everything proceeded very smoothly with the procedure. The staff were lovely and helped us feel comfortable with the care, paperwork, billing, payment processes, locating a pharmacy, etc. Plus, our post-operation appointments at Eurokliniki were easy to schedule.
We are completely satisfied with our experience and are grateful to be connected with competent and kind medical professionals. Our post-op care plan was easily executed in the next country and the bone is perfectly aligned. There are no future concerns regarding this injury, full recovery and strength are expected.
