Please do not go to this place. My coordinator was Khadija Iryahem. i have firstly repeatedly asked for a gant chart but to no avail. I then had to text and chase her everyday about what to do which she took hours to respond to. When I had my last scan which was two days before my medication finished. I submitted my scans to her via watsapp and despite chasing her she responded in the evening. And said I needed to continue with my medication. To which I responded what do you mean continue? The medication finishes tomorrow? She then told me to reorder and asked how much I had I had left, she should know how much medication I have left from the prescription that SHE sent me!. Also from our prior discussions she should’ve known that it takes time to get the medication because the pharmacies have to order this in and since it’s bank holiday (which I kept reminding her about) the medication wouldn’t arrive and therefore a waste of a cycle and money. She brazenly said oh well you will have to do this again next month? The pharmacy she allegedly spoke to and that could provide me the medication by the next day said to me they couldn’t do it as they didn’t have enough time as it was so close to the end of the day (she always takes her time to respond - hours). You would think she would be available on watsapp for my calls and messages incase I do find a pharmacy which she would have to speak to and send a copy of the prescription to but no. She went home and that was the end of her shift. These people don’t realise how much it costs and how much we plan our lives around them. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!

Dear Dunya, I am writing this review to let other patients know I am extremely positive about the clinic. Guidance was done clearly and all questions answered quick. All steps I had to take before embryo transfer were explained with proper reasoning for my understanding. My patient coordinator was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and helpfull. Also when my embryo transfer had to happen in the clinic, the team was professional, knowledgeable and clear in their communication.
I can recommend turning to this clinic for embryo transfer!

Bonjour après 7ans de réflexions nous, avons contacté la cli ique Dunya. Nous, sommes rentrés en contact avec eux et après, avoir effectué et envoyer par mail nos résultats, ils nous prescrit traitement à distance..
Nous devions partie en. Mars, 2020 pour insimination mais suite au covid, on a du patienter.. La pression était là, le stress, car on se languis sait... Puis août 2020,depart.arrivee et confiné 14 jours.. Mais on a patiente... On était là. On y était arrivé.
Puis après recueil, nous voilà au jour J. Ça y est l insimination est faite le 2,septembre.. Et aujourd'hui rentrés en France on attend notre bb.
Je remercie toute l'équipe, car ils sont vraiment au top du top, agréables rassurant, et malgré la langue différente, ils restent accueillants. Merci à Nassera, notre coofdi actrice... Au top également.. Attentionnee, et aux petits soi s pour ses patients. Vraiment je vous recommande cette clinique 100% car si vous voulez aller au bout de vos rêves, allez à la clinique Dunya..
