The Franco e Rizzi Clinic was founded in 1993 by the doctors Dr. Wanderley Barbosa Franco (CRM 9.480) and Dr. Roberto Rizzi (CRM 45.768). This team performed its first video laparoscopic cholecystectomy on September 12, 1992, at the Southern Regional Hospital, becoming one of the pioneer teams of Brazilian video laparoscopic surgery.
It is aimed at treating digestive diseases, obesity, and robotic surgery, under the coordination of Dr. Roberto Rizzi.
It has a team of highly trained surgeons and a complete and updated multidisciplinary team.
