Reviews for IMED Valencia
I have visited this hospital for spine injury treatment, and I have had the investigation and my Physical Therapy treatment, the process was not easy.
POSITIVES
1. The neurologist sent me for physical rehabilitation which helped a lot, it did not improve 100% but the health problem is complex so I did not expect magic here in 1 month.
2. The hospital is new and the facilities are nice.
3. The physical therapy was good, it helped me to manage my pain and to have somewhat improvements.
CONS
I am sure with the more involved process I would get better results. It was impossible to schedule a repeated visit to the doctor, and some diagnostics took over 30 calls and 3 months to schedule, It was very frustrating, I was committed to getting trough but it was very difficult to get the appointment, the kept telling me to call next week, same with the doctor that was responsible for my treatment.
The scheduling process is a mess! I witnessed many patients yelling at the girls at the reception for an unresponsive scheduling process.
I have not finished my diagnostics and treatment because of that and gave up in the middle of the process, so the treatment was not that effective in my opinion.
CONCLUSION
All tho the physical therapy was good, the organization of the hospital is a mess, and is impossible to follow through a treatment and I personally consider it a waste of my time.
I will not come back to this hospital for any treatments.
