I have visited multiple specialists in this hospital and the experience was different, you do need to find good specialists in the hospital.
However, I could not find English-speaking specialists, which was a bit complicated for me.
Gynecology visits were not a good experience for me, as the doctor did not help me with the problem I have, the approach was superficial, which in my case is not enough as the standard test doesn't show the problem, and his attitude was also not encouraging, he basically said, I can't help you, everything seems fine. So I had to go and find another doctor who actually helped me.
I also visited the hospital when I had a back problem, and the experience was mixed, he did a very good investigation and found the problem, but the treatment lacked attention, and communication was confusing as it was hard to understand him. The treatment also caused a lot of complications that was hard to follow up with him because of the communication barrier, also he seemed not so much interested in helping me find the treatment that suited me.
My visit to the neurosurgeon in the process was very impactful, he thoroughly looked at my results, gave me a very good diagnosis and his recommendations were simple to follow and worked for me.
I have visited the emergency room on several occasions, and some of the doctors spoke English, which helped, and those who didn't communicate well with my basic Spanish. Their treatment always alleviated my symptoms, also I like going there because the doctors are kind and help me calm down because usually, emergency room visits happen when I'm in pain and stress. So I definitely recommend visiting them for emergency cases.
The Hospital itself seems to be okay, and the organization is not too bad, some of the doctors were overbooked, but generally, I could get appointments in one call, which for other hospitals in the city is not the case.

1. Some doctors are hard to talk to if your Spanish is basic.
2. Some doctors are superficial and won't help you beyond the basics.
3. It was hard to adjust treatment when it did not work for me.
CONCLUSION
I will definitely go for emergencies because the hospital is not far from where I live and their emergency doctors are good.
I gave up doing complex treatment at this hospital because it was hard to communicate with most of the doctors and my treatments there were not effective or nonexistent in the case of gynecology.
