If I get for example knee replacement and it's hard to know after opretion if anything is wrong, but after 2-3 moths I find out that there is a problem, what do I do? Comeback for fix, who pays for that, can I sue ?

When you talk to the clinic or travel agency you should discuss this with them before getting the procedure. Also, you should discuss in more details what kind of problems can arise.
