User Profile: Alyson Ellis

Hello, my name is Alyson. All my life I was interested in a healthy lifestyle. When I was 20, it lead me to visit the yoga courses and in a while I became an instructor myself. At the moment I work in Manhattan, in the very center of New York. Now my group counts 20 people and I am very happy to receive messages from people who are also into yoga everyday. If I have a chance to escape from the city on a couple of days, I do surfing. Usually I fly to L.A. thrice a year. I love animals and now have two wonderful Dalmatians and a parrot. I am an active member of American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, because I think that there is no excuse for animal abuse.
