Client’s follicle puncture for oocyte retrieval 7. Donor’s follicle puncture for oocyte retrieval 8. Prolonged culture of embryos to blastocyst stage 9. PGD for nine chromosomes (5 embryos) 10. Frozen–thawed embryo transfer 11. Medications to support the pregnancy of a surrogate mother 12. Medical tests conducted on monthly basis after a surrogate mother gets pregnant 13. Childbirth 14. DNA testing

Agency full-service support and legal part of the program

1. Support and coordination of legal, medical, and organizational issues 2. Translation and legalization of the documents necessary for the legalization of the program 3. Interpreter services 4. Selection of an oocyte donor 5. Selection of a surrogate mother 6. Personal driver services during the program 7. 5-star hotel for initial visits 8. Two meals a day (breakfast and dinner) 9. Organization of childbirth in a private maternity hospital 10. Assistance of lawyers, program manager, and coordinator in the processing documents required for obtaining document for departure from Ukraine (passport, travel documents)
