I want to try liposuction but I'm not sure weather is worth the pain and money? Who has done it and weather this helped and what you had to do to keep the results?

Not if you continue to eat same way, you'll definately need to adjust your eating habits and exercise. Have you tried doing that before liposuction, and it didn't help?
