Listing Page

A listing page on the MedicalTourism.Review platform is a dedicated page that contains all information related to a medical institution. There are several types of organizations and institutions that have listing pages on our platform, including hospitals, clinics, medical centers, spas, medical travel agencies, wellness centers, rehabilitation centers, medical insurance providers, and accreditation organizations.

All listing pages are publicly available for any user, whether logged in or not, to view all the information contained within. Users can publish an organization's listing page by accessing the "Submit a Provider" page when logged in to their user account.

All newly submitted listings undergo a verification process by a MedicalTourism.Review employees to ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of the provided information.

User

MedicalTourism.Review is a public, community-driven platform that allows users to access and read information without creating or logging into their user account. Any person can search and read the information available on MedicalTourism.Review, including listings of medical institutions such as hospitals and clinics from any country, published treatment packages, patient reviews, informative articles, and community discussions.

Registered and logged-in users have the ability to publish content, such as creating listings for medical institutions, leaving comments and asking questions in discussion threads, and leaving reviews for medical institutions where they have received treatment.

In addition, logged-in users can claim a listing page and become the representative for that listing (see details below in User Representative).

User Representative

A Representative User is a registered user on MedicalTourism.Review the platform that has completed the Claim Listing process (see below). This user has special rights to edit and represent the listing page of a given medical institution. These rights include the ability to access and modify the claimed listing page via the listing form (see Listing Form below), such as changing contact details and addresses, adding or modifying services, images, and logos, updating descriptions, and adding or modifying treatment packages related to the listing page.

Claim Listing

Claim Listing is a process on the MedicalTourism.Review platform that allows a registered user to become the Representative User of a given listing page.

To claim a listing, users must first create a representative user account and then locate the desired listing page. From there, they can click the "Claim Listing" button to initiate the process. The user will be prompted to provide additional information and may need to verify their identity or affiliation with the institution.

Listing Edit Form

Listing Edit Form is a form on the MedicalTourism.Review platform that is used to add and edit information for a given medical institution's listing page. 

The form contains the following fields:

  • Main: Name of the institution, main website URL, and institution type (e.g., dental clinic)
  • Information: Logo, description, address, and contact details
  • Pictures
  • Partners: Insurance companies, travel agencies, accreditations, and other medical institutions (depending on the listing category)
  • Services and Packages: A form for creating and editing the services provided and treatment packages offered by the institution

Access to edit the listing via the listing form is granted to Representative Users who have completed the Claim Listing process.
