Nowadays, many people are discovering that they are having cancer, and I have the feeling that it is becoming a trendy disease such as getting flu, many family members of mine are affected by this illness, which makes me really anxious and insecure as I feel that this can happen to me.

From some research that I have made on how i can improve my health and lower the risk of many cancers, the most common points were to have a healthy lifestyle, avoid smoking, to practice sport, and protect ourselves from sexually transmitted infections, however, I know many people who are already practicing these points but still they've got cancer ( in their early or late age)

I would really like to have an opinion from an expert in the domain who can explain the reasons of getting cancer and to share some tested ways to take control of our health and encourage our family and friends to do the same.

Thank you!

I think if you're healty still there is a better chance you not to have cancer, it's definately clear that if you smoke and do everything is unhealthy the chance is bigger to get cancer.
