What if They Don't Speak English?

I'm afraid to go because they might not understand what I say. If a hospital says that all staff is speaking English, but hardly so, I'm sure someone doesn't and if I'm in a surgery it's a lot of people involved.

you definitely find out from what countries the nurses work in this hospital and also the spoken language in this country and install offline vocabulary for Google translate and you should be ok, yet keep in mind that sometimes translation can change the meaning and this could be not good. Also, you better get basic words like hurts, names of parts of body and organs and other words remembered or written on a paper with you so you can communicate basics.
