Skip exercise when I have a cold, right?

I try my best to keep serious on my workout plan, in summer it is quite easy to keep that as the weather is usually nice and warm, however, winter has just started and it seems like I have already started getting sick ( Flu, sneezing, coughing etc..), should I still workout while being sick and to take it easy, or would that affect my health?

I don't exercise when i feel sick, it's impossible for me to do anything when I feel sick.
