Isn’t this scary having an operation in a foreign country?

Even if I consider this for a moment, the amount of problems what can go wrong is overwhelming and I just stop thinking about it. Do I have to take someone with me, but this again defeats the purpose of making it cheaper, but then again options I have seen are more expensive I suspect is there any way for me to be able to take a friend for example with me and still save money?

It is definitely for me! I'm sure and dangerous too, for reason at least what happens if I get worse, will I be stuck in the hospital for a long time in a foreign country, or fly home when I feel sick, I did it once (nothing bad, had some food poisoning) but if it's worse I could die trying to get home.
