First Kazakhstan Medical Tourists Arrive in Incheon

The Incheon metropolitan government is welcoming around 50 people from Kazakhstan on a medical tourism package. It's the first time visitors from Kazakhstan are coming to Incheon since the package trips were offered in June. Two cancer patients from the group arrived earlier to receive treatments at a hospital, while the rest will undergo medical examinations and tests in August. After the treatments, they will also explore local tourism venues. The package includes discounted lodging at the Harbor Park Hotel and airfares provided by Asiana Airlines. The city government aims to sustain networks between local medical centers and attract more foreign patients through such initiatives.
