The information is quite confusing in internet, what should I consider before going to a another country for treatment? Which countries are good for health tourism? WHat re the average prices for treatments in different countries?

Depends on where you are, look in which countries that have medical procedures you need and have cheap flights. Then search for a clinic, the search on this website is quite good, they have filter by country and treatment, I've contacted a couple of linics myself. Also there is an option to go to travel agency, which will probably overcharge you, but I guess if they don't speack english in hospital you'll have to pay them to help you get the procedure.
