We all pass through these hard days where we feel overwhelmed and stressed because of our work, family and other commitments, which sometimes lead to other illnesses or mental health issues.
I personally practice sports to help me overcome this stressful life, but I would love to get some more advice on how I can deal and manage my stress.

Not to worry :), but yeah I try to sleep if I can't i take sleeping pills, next day is better.
