Dentaydin University Dental Hospital is a Turkish dental hospital which is offering medical services within 3 distinct campuses: Bahçelievler Campus, Büyükçekmece Campus and Florya Campus (all being located in Istanbul). The dental center from Istanbul provides its treatment services in 8 departments of dentistry. Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
The oral and maxillofacial surgery department implements the following treatments: medical and surgical treatments of all kinds of infections of the mouth, jaw and facial region; surgical treatment of cystic and tumoral formations in Jaws; treatment of soft tissue diseases of the mouth region; treatment of intra-bone lesions of tooth origin (apical resection); treatment of cleft lip and palate, and many more.

Restorative dentistry and endodontics
The endodontics department performs the following treatments: root canal treatment; endodontic surgery applications; whitening of endodontic treated teeth; post-placement in root canal cavity for Coronal restorations, etc. After the endodontics treatment, the surrounding tissues of the tooth are being cut off to prevent the repeated spread of the infection. Because the endodontics procedures are performed under local anesthesia, no pain is felt. Following the root canal treatment, the tooth may develop a folding pain for several days, but not more. This is normal pain after treatment. The success rate of canal treatments is 90%

Pedodontics
Pedodontics is a department concerned with the protection of milk and permanent teeth of the children aged 0-13. It eliminates such problems as cavities, trauma, hereditary factors, and much more. The Dentaydin Pedodontics department applies the following procedures: protective applications; fissure sealant applications; fluoride applications; special treatments for children; dental extraction treatments, and many more.

Gingival Diseases or Periodontology
Periodontology examines the clinical and microscopic structure of the hard and soft tissues around the teeth, treating the diseases of these tissues. Dentaydin’s dentists have a great experience in treating gingival diseases thorough cleaning of teeth and food plaque formation (scaling); deep cleaning of gum pockets (curettage) and cleaning, curettage with the physician’s recommended medications.
