Reviews for Galaxia
This is my regular clinic, even though I only visited a few times for specific treatments, therefore I cannot judge for all the staff there. What I can say, is that at the reception desk, most of the time, the receptionists are rather mean. Another thing is the doctors, at least the ones I went to, were trying to extort money from me, even though the clinic membership is rather expensive itself. Therefore, as a price-for-quality of services ratio, the clinic is not worth it. The tools and machines may be new and well-working, but the doctors are either not professional or just bad-mannered. That is the experience I have had with this clinic.
This is my go-to clinic, especially for ultrasonography, including Doppler and Xray. They have good equipment and specialists.
But their registration process is quite annoying. They have 4 phone numbers to call, none of which respond for long periods of time. Therefore, I sometimes go without a registration, on the basis of "live queue".
The company I work for made an agreement for annual health check of employees at Galaxia. The control was a very superficial one. The only positive feedback is for the nurse who collected blood analysis.
The countries best orthopaedic surgeons practice at this clinic. Was recommended to have ligament reconstruction there. All is well now so i recommend the place. Rooms are clean, staff is polite. The rehab facilities could use some modernisation though and some help with creating a proper rehab program for patients (you need to be dedicated/educated with your rehab). They have some electro stimulation equipment but need other types as well. Also make sure you talk with the surgeon before the procedure and ask all your questions/understand everything about the procedure and the expected outcome. Discuss alternative reconstruction techniques and decide which one you want done for yourself. Remember it is your say on what you want done to your knees.
